Quality and Environment policy

Alcea intends to satisfy all customers’ quality requirements and expectations as well as to prevent and minimize all negative impacts of its products and processes on the environment, by means of: 

1. continual performance improvement;
2. specialization and technological research;
3. continual investment in the research of more innovative cycles which are less harmful for human health and with minimum environmental impact.

In order to reach these objectives, Alcea has set up an organisation which suits the nature and the size of the services supplied and promotes:

1. respect of all laws and regulations in force, good technical standards as well as specific company standards; 
2. design and manufacture of new products to satisfy market requirements, quality objectives and environmental safeguard;
3. continual innovation and design of more and more efficient production methods which guarantee product quality and environmental compatibility;
4. acquisition of technologically advanced machinery taking into consideration, besides economic-financial aspects, quality objectives, environmental safeguard and safety at work;
5. enhancement and enrichment of our widespread experience and knowledge, through continual training of the staff, the sales force and the final users.

Alcea develops and adopts programmes which are in accordance with this Policy, establishes and periodically examines the quality and environmental objectives and targets.

Alcea undertakes to guarantee that:

• every member of staff is aware of and strives to achieve the quality and environmental objectives of the company;
• the company Policy is put into practice every day by all personnel, under the constant supervision of the Sole Administrator, the Directors and Managers.
